Private Yoga

Private instruction and guidance of the Yoga practice allows a student to experience their body with greater awareness with an observer present. Breath, postures, alignment and transition, are explained and broken down in concise, easy to digest pieces. Questions can be answered on the spot, and students receive proper alignment adjustments for each posture. Private Yoga is a sure way to enhance a traditional Yoga class experience; as well as, aid in alleviating insomnia, lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain, and digestive issues.

Private Yoga is sutiable for all people, and all levels, including people with physical limitations, children and adults with special needs, attention/focusing problems, learning disabilities, and other emotional, physical and/or mental limitations.
